this needs to be done using an overlay in the sdk-ng tree, we should not change gcc for every other xtensa configuration.

@nashif zephyrproject-rtos/sdk-ng#901 requested changes already done in overlay sdk-ng tree by following the README.md. Let me know, if any changes to be done from my side. |
